What should I bring to a class?

Just bring yourself—no equipment, no stress! We've got everything covered—mats, props, and water—so you can focus on moving, stretching, and feeling your best! Come as you are, ready to move, breathe, and enjoy your session. We can't wait to welcome you!

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and free to move! Soft, stretchy, breathable clothing—like leggings, joggers, or fitted shorts—works best. Avoid anything too loose, as it might get in the way during certain movements. Grip socks can be helpful for stability but aren’t required. Most importantly, come as you are, ready to enjoy the flow of class. We’ll take care of the rest!.
