Our community events are an extension of what we value in the studio—connection, reflection, and meaningful conversation. Whether you join us for Chai & Chat, guided by a registered MSW, or for Pages & Pilates, our mindful book club, these gatherings are designed to help you slow down, share openly, and explore new ideas in good company.

Chai & Chat with a Therapist is a free, women-centered wellness gathering that blends warmth, reflection, and meaningful conversation. Guided by a registered MSW, this relaxed and culturally sensitive space invites you to connect over a comforting cup of chai while exploring topics that shape our mental and emotional well-being.

Held once a month, each session focuses on themes relevant to women’s everyday lives—like stress, identity, relationships, and community expectations—through open, respectful dialogue. Whether you’re navigating change, seeking connection, or simply want a space to listen and share, Chai & Chat offers a supportive environment to be heard, understood, and inspired.
